Kyle Sorensen

Kyle Sorensen has danced professionally with Disney Productions, performed in industrials with members from Cirque du Soleil, as well as trained on a talent-scholarship at EDGE Performing Arts Center in Los Angeles, California.

Perfecting his technique and honing his stage skills has led Kyle to perform at the Los Angeles Theater Center at the Director's Guild in Los Angeles as well as throughout the western states and Europe.  Among his many talents, Kyle taught and directed an award-winning pre-professional company, and taught and served as Dance Director at Arthur Murray Ballroom Dance Studios in Portland, Oregon.

His choreography has been seen in several states and across Austria, Europe; and his original, digitally-mastered music has been included on the hip hop instruction DVD 'Bob Rizzo: Hip Hop Fuzion with Gregg Russell' starring the Emmy-nominated choreographer, Gregg Russell. He has a degree in Dance from the University of Oregon and is currently working on his MFA in Dance Theatre from the University of California, San Diego.  Kyle and his wife are Co-Artistic Directors of the San Diego-based 'Somebodies' Dance Theater.
