Based in Kinesiology, this stretch class utilizes principles of body mechanics, anatomy and neuromuscular physiology to enhance performance with safety, effectiveness and efficiency. Stretching will highlight spinal alignment, breathing techniques, development of core strength, total body conditioning , balance and flexibility.
